Silke Beickert has been presenting the sports news of "rbb24", "rbb UM6" and "Abendschau" since 2017. She was previously the news anchor of the sports news channel Sky Sport News HD for six years. Born in Hessen, she also hosts the RTL regional program for Baden-Württemberg and Rheinland-Pfalz. After studying theater and media sciences and completing a traineeship at Deutsches Anleger Fernsehen (DAF), she became the figurehead of the main news programs "DAF Parkett" and "Börse Live" and reported from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for N24.
